Casa Ortensia is a three-story detached house, nestled in the Tuscan countryside, yet only 5 km from the historic center of Lucca. On the ground floor there is a large living room, a kitchen, a veranda and a small bathroom. The garden is equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners, a set for barbecues and deckchairs to enjoy relaxation. On the first floor there are three bedrooms: one double with direct access to the balcony and the possibility of adding a single bed, another bedroom with two single beds and a room with a single bed. On the same floor there is a large bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. On the second floor, the bright attic has a double bed and a small private bathroom with a shower. The space allows you to add up to two single beds. The room is also equipped with TV and air conditioning.
The house is surrounded by a large garden equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners. You can use the set for the barbecue and deckchairs to enjoy a little 'relaxation. Guests also have the possibility to use our washing machine and to park inside the property.

Summary: the property was satisfactory in all respects except AC, we were there when a heat wave was unbearable! The information on the house ,to my understanding, was that the house had AC. What the house has a Ac unit in the upper bedroom and fans in the other bedrooms. the owner is a very helpful nice lady and we want to thank her but no AC
