La villa è situata a 150 metri dal mare e in tre minuti a piedi si raggiunge una delle piu' belle spiagge della Sicilia orientale. Collocata a meno di un'ora dalle principali attrazioni turistiche dell'isola (Noto, Marzamemi, Vendicari, Modica, Scicli) ed a due chilometri dall'autostrada che collega la zona con tutta la Sicilia, si presenta come collocazione ideale per famiglie e gruppi numerosi, composta da una camera matrimoniale, due camere triple, una quadrupla e una quintupla. La collocazione degli ospiti è molto elastica disponendo di cinque camere da letto che la proprietà si riserva di adattare in base alle esigenze degli ospiti.
