Its a south facing location offers lots of natural light. | Features include: | Master bedroom has two full size beds with a 32" flat screen TV Guest bedroom has one king size bed with a 42" flat screen TV | Two updated in suite bathrooms with large walk-in showers | Open floor plan with beautifully renovated kitchen that is fully equipped with necessary items you need for cooking-pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, standard coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. | The living room has leather furnishing with a 50" flat screen TV with Direct TV service for your enjoyment. We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.

Summary: The property was great and pictures were accurate representation of the condo. The location to the beach was top notch. Beach chairs are included and you can rental an umbrella or canopy for reasonable price as well. Location to shopping, restaurants and grocery is also great. One thing to take into consideration is this is a second floor property right above the entrance. Although the unit is quiet you do hear those few that are loud and obnoxious and have no regard for others. That was the only drawback is we did hear a family that had no regard for others for an hour at midnight. Security patrols the place during the day, but I did not see them at night.
