Positive: The staff. That’s about it really. Very expensive for what we actually got. Im looking for extremely comfy beds,decent showers for the money we paid.
Negative: Shower had virtually no water pressure and not very hot,very poor. Cleaners never came. Although I have to say any time I requested towels etc it was never an issue. Bed not very comfortable.
Summary: Was ok. The only thing that stopped me putting much lower scores was the staff. Interacted with at least 3 diff staff me
