Key Largo is a wonderful family vacation home located on the east end of the island with a short walk to the beach. Enjoy the unobscured views of the blue-green Gulf waters from 1 of 3 decks. Dolphin watching is easy from the kitchen while enjoying your breakfast. After a fun day at the beach, enjoy dinner by the large pool. One of the 3 bedrooms has a king sized bed and a private bath while the other main living space bedroom features 1 queen sized bed. The kids will enjoy the adventure of sleeping in the loft which has 2 twin beds and windows all around. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a great eat-in area off the living room. The patio under Key Largo features a park-style grill and enough space to clean the day's fresh catch, as well as a shower with hot and cold water for a quick rinse before heading up for a night of fun and family games. Washer and dryer on the entry level make it easy to keep the house sand free.

Summary: Overall, we loved it. It’s conveniently located, close to the beach, and they provided a beach cart and a few chairs which was nice. The cart still requires some cardio getting it over all the sand, but it’s worth it in the end. We put it on the back of our golf cart, parked on Gorrie Ave next to the access point which cut the work in half. The pool is awesome, a little deeper than we expected it to be, but that wasn’t an issue. The beds were comfortable. The property, equipment, and appliances were all well maintained and in working order. We only had 2 small issues. 1) It seems like there have been some renovations to the property. This isn’t an issue in itself, but I do believe the listing has both the before and after pictures up, so it was a little confusing trying to determine how many bedrooms and beds there were with the total number of pictures compared to the listing info. Again, very small gripe. 2) There was a small intermittent leak from the ceiling in the kitchen. We notified the management office and they had some folks come out and investigate, attributed it to an AC line and took a corrective action right away. It did continue to drip some, but nothing that really affected our stay. We just didn’t have anything on the counter where it was dripping and placed a cup there to catch the water.
