Positive: The location was great it was a short distance from where our friends lived and the venue for the party. Between 9 and 14 pounds for an Uber into liverpool city center about 15 minutes. The house was clean and cloths and cleaning products were available. I take my own so this was good. Plenty of crockery all modern appliances for cooking etc. But we ate out for most of the time. Beds were clean and comfortable, for me and my family three things are important. Cleanliness, comfy bed, location and this house had all 3. The Host had left milk and biscuits in the fridge a welcome touch. The house was nice & warm. Off road parking and room for another car on the road in front of own drive.
Negative: Didn't realise the bathroom was downstairs no upstairs bathroom. Not good if you are up a lot through the night. Probably could do with a new sofa, but hey this wasn't a deal breaker for the amount of time we were in the house. Could do with a lick of paint but that dosent detract from all the other excellent facilities. A suggestion - if you do get a new sofa make it a sofa bed. This way you can also accommodate those with mobility issues. The reason my sister couldn't come she cant do stairs. A sofa bed downstairs would have been ideal with the downstairs bathroom. Will appeal to an even greater audience.
