Positive: Good location, beach is in two minutes, Mercadona and Lidl is near, enough space for family with two kids, quiet street, good Wi-Fi signal in all rooms, AC in every room.
Negative: Thin walls. Due this you can hear neighbors but everything was fine at the evening and in the night. Narrow stairs. It was difficult to take baby trolley to the apartment.
Summary: Good place for a vacation.
