Positive: Firsr of all, those appartamnet is very small. The bathroom is fine, but when you try to use a shower and jacuzzi in the same time, water pressure is not enough for both of them. Toilet is also has an quite specific worflow. Next thing which was very disappointing, it's a soundproofing - the entrance door is very thin and has a large gap between the floor and the door, so you literally can hear what is going on in the lobby and even on the 1 floor. And yes, it's working in both directions, if you understand what I mean. The door between living room and bathroom is just a sliding panel with any soundproofing at all Not a very comfortable bad with very soft matrass and low quality pillows and sheets. View is amazing, this is true, but keep in mind that there are a.lit tourist traffic under the window, and if you want to sleep with opened windows, it won't be possible due the loud.
