We propose to you to the rent, in Saint-Julien-du-Serre, this charming house on cellars, air-conditioned, with privative swimming pool, of a surface of 180 m ² and being able to accomodate until 12 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 39 m², an equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms and two bathrooms. We are waiting for you!

On the first level:
- A living room of 39 m² with a sitting area, a dining area and a wood stove (wood provided)
- A kitchen, open on the living room, equipped with : electric kettle, oven, toaster, cooking plates...
- Bedroom 1 : a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A bathroom with bathtub
- A separate toilet
On the second level :
- A first mezzanine: 1 reading and games corner ( karom, cards, dice...) equipped with a sofa ( sleeping not provided in the capacity).
- A second mezzanine : TV corner, armchairs and a sofa (160x200) with a quality Bultex mattress for daily sleeping.
- Room 2 : a queen-size bed (160x200).
- Room 3 : a double bed, a double bed on the mezzanine and an adjoining bathroom with shower and toilet.
- Room 4 : a double bed
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, plancha.
Exterior:
- An 8x4 meter swimming pool, private, not heated, secured by a gate, open from early June to late August.
Opening dates are not contractual, subject to weather conditions.
- A terrace, facing south, overlooking the kitchen, with table, chairs and bench.
- A covered terrace with a large dining area that can accommodate 12 people.
- A terrace overlooking the pool, covered, with pizza oven, fridge and barbecue, not overlooked. Benches and table at your disposal to enjoy the beautiful days.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Julien-du-Serre, in a very pleasant environment, within a small authentic hamlet. You will be close to all essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
