Small 300 sf Efficiency Studio with Peek a Boo ocean view. Best for a Single person. Just 2 blocks to Main Beach, popular Heisler Park, shopping, restaurants & the center of Laguna Village Downtown. No need for a car around town. Sorry No pets.
This is 1 of 2 Cute Studios that sit over garages, (Not included) on Cedar Way (alley) behind our main cottage.
It is all one main room for your bedroom & living room. It has separate full kitchen (fully furnished) with dinning area & full bath with Shower / bath tub combo.
Newly fully furnished with new queen bed, 32" TV, free WiFi, all pans, dishes, linens etc.
It has a shared deck (shared with 2nd studio). (if rented) Table & chairs on patio & BBQ on downstairs patio. Laundry (coin op) is also downstairs under the studio's deck.

Summary: Rental was cozy with all amenities you need. Owners very accommodating and willing to bring in additional items per request (i.e. air fryer, additional hangers, hamper, new fan) There is no AC, but wasn’t really necessary during my stay. Street parking was super easy during my stay as well ( mid Feb -Mid May) The rental is just a couple blocks from the beach and right in the heart of Laguna Beach! Loved every minute of it😃
