Recently renovated this spacious 2 bedroom 1 bathroom lower level suite is situated on sought after Long lake. 1300 square feet, south facing views offer excellent sun exposure, views of the lake from almost every window. Enjoy the large outdoor deck space under the fully covered patio, or spend time on the dock. Located at the end of a private road, nestled into nature. This suite offers a weekend escape, mild winter get away, with the convenience of the city. Close proximity to great shopping, restaurants, and amenities. Less then 30 minutes to popular spots like Coombs and Parksville. 80 min drive to Mt Washington.
