On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two with two single beds each and one with a single bed. From each room you will have a marvellous lake view. The flat with central heating is partially renovated and equipped with mostly antique furniture. An outdoor covered swimming pool (2,5 x 7 metres) with a hot shower is located in the garden.

Summary: This very charming, but rustic house must have one the most perfect views over Lago Maggiore. The swimming pool was covered and we even used it when it rained. The house has everything you would like (even a beautifully painted ceiling in the main bedroom). The house is a 5 minute drive away from the Italian border. The valleys around the lake provide for excellent drives and walks. The house has its own car park, from where it is about 30 steps up to the house. We really enjoyed our week here and wished it could have been longer.
