We did fall in love with this traditional thatch-roof villa some years ago, and we love to offer the attached indipendent suite to guests from all-over-the world, to share the pleasure of a special living. We can speak french, spanish, italian, portuguese, english.
Our house is the safest and nicest area of Cape Town Wine Region. At 45 minutes of car distance from Cape Town.
At a walking distance from the center of the village, in a panoramic and quiet street, in the most requested location of the village, near the luxurious Hotel-Restaurant “ La Residence “.

On the opposite side of the pool , a spray misting line can be easily operated by a tap.
WIFI : a modem Vodacom key is provided, that needs a South African Vodacom SIM card to operate, that can be bougth before arrival at a SIM shop at airport or in any towns.
The room is equipped with a ceiling fan : the villa is located in a fairly elevated position with respect to the valley, and in summer it is normally ventilated, therefore the air conditioning is not necessary.
The guest room includes the exclusive use of the swimming pool, upon request in advance, and always in any case the outdoor area, with table and chairs. We operate the pool only for the guests, so it is better to know before arrival if the guests like the pool.
The Access to the guestroom is independent, through a large door with two steps.
A lot of light enters from the windows and from the French window, which is adequately shielded with curtains for sleeping at night.
Outside, some "sails" shelter from the strong African sun.
