It is only 10 minutes to dining, shopping, (Publix, Chic-fil-a, DePalma’s) and only 4 miles to UGA! Along with the 4 King Bedrooms, this unique house has an incredible terrace level “Big Dawg Room”. The Big Dawg has dining seating for 12, lounge seating, a full 2nd Kitchen, a pool table and a foosball table- all in view of the huge TV. Also on this terrace level are one of the King bedrooms, a full Bath, and a Media room with a sleeper sectional and gaming desk.
The main level has an open plan, with free flowing Dining Rm, Living Rm, Breakfast Area and Kitchen. A Study, Laundry Room and Powder Room complete the common areas. The main level Master Suite has a spacious King Bedroom with seating for 2, a luxury Bathroom w/ double vanity, separate shower and soaking tub, along with a huge Closet. This level also has a wooded view private deck with a griddle grill and dining area.
The top floor has 2 King Bedrooms, 1 1/2 Baths and a Den with a desk and a sleeper sectional.
