Gorgeous sunsets with an unobstructed view of the ocean. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with full kitchen, washer/dryer and flat screen TV. Quiet cul-de-sac that is walking distance to restaurants, Starbucks and grocery plus a 5 minute drive to Carlsbad Village with shops, restaurants, beautiful expansive beach and more!
Very private space with full washer/dryer, nice kitchen and comfortable living room and separate bedroom.
Guests have full access to their suite above the garage.
Ryker and April manage several Airbnb's for busy home owners. We are available over the app for communication, and in emergencies we can talk to you via text or phone call. We sometimes come to the home if you need our assistance with something, and our housekeeper lives just a few blocks away.

Parking: You can park in the driveway on the far left side only. Do not park in front of any of the neighbor's homes, they do not like this and it is against the short term rental laws. They will report you.

Garbage: The garbage and recycling are on the side of the home. Please put them out if you are staying Sunday night for Monday morning pickup. Please bring them back into the side yard Monday afternoon.
August Smart Lock: The lock the door after 30 minutes of inactivity. This is to prevent the home from being left unlocked when guests leave the home.
Stays over 30 Days
We require our housekeeper to clean every 30 days for stays longer than 30 days. Additional cleaning fee of $150 to be billed to the guest.
Cameras
We have Ring Video Doorbell cameras installed at the front door to the main house and in front of the garage. This is for the safety of our guests and to prevent parties and theft. There are no cameras inside the home or in the back yard.

Summary: Loved the rental. It was perfect. The kitchen cookware is top of the line and not the cheap pans you would expect. The fireplace was in order but I would come back every time without hesitation. Ps the unit contact was very responsive even on New Year’s Eve with any question. I really tried not to bother him but non the less he answered very quickly. Thank you for the great weekend
