The bright, almost 90 square meter apartment is on the edge of the quiet little town of Vero Beach seafront with stunning views over the Atlantic Ocean.
It is located in a condominium with large green area and community pool. From the plot, a boardwalk leads directly to the white sandy beach. There they encountered pelicans, sandpipers, and turtles. In the immediate vicinity of the Jaycee Park with public barbecue areas, a playground, volleyball court and the family-run "Jaycee Park Seaside Grill". More restaurants and a variety of small shops are within walking distance. For culture lovers Vero Beach Theatre has to offer cinema, opera, galleries and the largest national art museum "The Vero Beach Museum of Arts".
