Check out time is 10am you will be charged a $50 fee for every half hour late, if not approved by management before hand.
Lost keys charges: $250 to replace lost keys. A lockout will incur a $150 fee.
A violation of any of the house rules can lead to an immediate removal of all guests without refund.
Strictly no events or parties quiet hours are between 10pm & 8am. If surrounding neighbours complain about noise you will be charged $500 security deposit and your reservation will end with guests being evicted immediately without refund.
If any non-following of the house rules leads to having to discount or refund the next guest you are responsible to cover the resulting costs
As most of the amenities are provided by the building including any pools, gyms, spas & elevators they undergo needed maintenance and may not always be accessible during your stay. We sincerely apologise for this inconvenience but as it is out of our control we won't honour refunds if this is the case.
Normal CBD Street noise and potential construction noise is a possibility given the location of the accommodation so may not be suited to a noise sensitive person.
If there is a problem with the accommodation you must give our team the chance and time to rectify before any kind of refund will be issued
Any alteration requests within 14 days of check in will not be approved.
