Negative: No air conditioner as advertised. it got quite warm and too many mosquitos to open the windows. Also no washing machine in the suite, it's a separate laundry room that cannot be used between 11am and 5pm for the cleaners to use - and the cleaners leave their laundry in the machines and use them past 5pm. The apartment had a lot of room but everything was sticky and smelled of urine. The shower leaks and the toilet leaks. The apartment is also not sound proof, you can hear everyone all the time in the other units. You can hear their conversations, footsteps, showers running and toilet flushes. It is like being in a dormitory. The lighting was orange or yellow and not bright enough.
