Positive: Someone met us at the property because we were also renting a space for our car from them. She was really helpful with getting us situated however spoke no or minimal English. I understand French well enough to get by (speak very badly) so I was okay but my family was lost. She was also very accommodating of our unexpected lateness (thank you again!) Room is up a couple of flights of stairs (there is an elevator for part of it) - overall the area and building seemed pretty safe. The a/c worked but it's one unit in the main open area - and the space is HUGE - which is great but meant it took a long time to cool down. washing machine was great to have! There is a pharmacy and a couple of markets very close by and a main area for restaurants is a short walk away.
Negative: Each bedroom has a fan which was nice but the one in my daughter's room was loud enough for her to keep trying to sleep without it and we had a lot of trouble getting the shower to be at any kind of consistent temp - it was either cold or scalding - fortunately the shower is large so you can get out from under the water
