Positive: The service at the reception is excellent. They are very patient and helpful with our inquiries. They take extra time for the guests. The breakfast is extravagant, has a lot of choices, and is good quality. The servers are very friendly. The room setting is nice, clean, and modern, while the beds are comfortable. The area is safe and very accessible to the most important tourist spots and just a walking distance to the Elbe River. It was a very nice place and we're coming back again.
Negative: It was the noisy street, but it didn't annoy us much since we're so tired roaming around the city the whole day that we just sleep so tight at night..
