This well-appointed 5,200 square-foot estate has 5 bedrooms and 6.5 baths for catering to 10 guests and is located in the Skyland lakefront community on the shores of Lake Tahoe.
The great room features a beautiful double-sided wood-burning stone fireplace that you can cozy up to on frosty winter evenings while admiring the gorgeous views of Lake Tahoe through the large picture windows. This property is not equipped with air conditioning. It is designed to take full advantage of the cool mountain air to regulate the home's temperature during the summer months. Open up the windows, and enjoy the breeze. The gourmet kitchen, with hardwood floors and brick walls, is the perfect gathering spot while creating your next decadent meal. The kitchen opens up to the dining room, which comfortably seats 8 and has access to the wood-burning fireplace laid in brick on this side.
