Other Things to Note:
In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.
As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.
The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.
The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.
We are available via phone, text, email, messaging, or in person if need be.
Pets are not allowed at this property. If evidence of pets is found, there will be a minimum charge of $500.

Summary: Our family of 12- 9 adults and 3 small children- stayed and loved it! You don’t need to bring anything except clothes and food. The beds are very comfortable, there are plenty of towels- both bathroom and pool, a fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of seating for a large group. The only thing I was disappointed about was the lake front water was not what I expected. It isn’t a beach front type, it has a small bulk head with a bunch of tree branches in front of it. We didn’t swim in the lake but the pool more than made up for it!
