Positive: A spacious modern cottage just next to the Saima lake far from the city noise. It is equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable vocation with your family or friends. We stayed with our friends and kids during Christmas and New Year period and enjoyed it. The hosts were very welcoming. Finding the cottage was easy with google maps link provided by the host. The house is very warm. We used the fireplace mostly for atmosphere. The garage is for 2 cars and thus no need to dig the cars out from snow, although it was not snowing much during our stay.
Negative: It's not really an issue, just a note that you need to plan your shopping in advance since it's about 23km to the nearest grocery store (in Puumala or Suklava).
