Lomani 5 is a versatile property in the incredible coastal area of Byron Bay, NSW. As soon as you arrive, you will find yourself in a dreamy, quiet, beachside neighbourhood close to Arakwal National Park. There is much to adore about this location and equally as much to love about the house.
So let's start with the ground floor. Here you will find the entrance to the home with two garage parking spots and on-street parking on offer. As you enter the home, you will find yourself in the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas.
Open up the large glass sliding doors, and you are in the outdoor alfresco barbeque area with a plunge pool and a backyard area with plenty of natural light. With a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and a guest washroom, the extended ground floor is the ideal place to relax with the whole family.
Next, the first floor hosts all four of the guest bedrooms. There is an understated simplicity to each of the bedrooms with a focus on comfort and natural light. The master bedroom offers additional privacy with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in-robe and balcony access. The additional three bedrooms share a large bathroom with a bathtub shower combination and large modern vanity.
Make the most of the warm tropical nights with the covered outdoor alfresco dining area complete with lounge seating and pool views. If you prefer to close the outside world out, you can enjoy the comfortable and cool indoor space while relaxing at the spacious dining table.
