The property has real grass and the surrounding area is well maintained, by the gardeners, there is plenty of room for relaxing on the sunbeds, barbecues, games, safe space for children. we don't charge you extra for power cards for air conditioning and heating, no hidden fees. The property is very clean with good quality furniture.
There is also a Shared community pool which has a children's pool. just a 2 minute walk from the apartment and the pool is well maintained to a high standard.
The good thing is you can go back and relax in your own large garden with no pool noise after swimming, and relaxing as the pool is open 9.00 am until after 9.00 pm. and to keep cool a outside shower handset is there if you require
