Policies:
All reservation requests may be subject to a credit/background check. No reservations will be termed final until the host accepts such in writing to the guest. A damage deposit and an executed lease may be required. Any reservation request with no previous VRBO rental history, ratings, or reviews will be subject to this requirement. Reservations made under false pretenses will result in immediate cancellation of the rental, forfeiture of all payments, and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
With placement and acceptance of the reservation, lessee (guest) agrees to all terms and conditions of the lease of the property. Read all house rules.
