This charming apartment is located in a peaceful and immaculate complex featuring a large swimming pool surrounded by expansive landscaped gardens, only 5 minutes walk to a shallow beach, ideal for kids, and to local amenities and basic services (restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, etc).
The porch and its small private garden, comfortably furnished with a table and four chairs, overlooks the sea, the pool, and the community gardens.
