Live in upbeat Downtown, San Diego and enjoy the breathtaking views in this moderate 14th floor Condo w/ a large Balcony overlooking Downtown on the West side and the magnificent Mountain views on the East side. Walk to Petco Park, Gaslamp, Little Italy & Balboa Park. Gym is on the 2nd floor, and the Rooftop deck with Spa & Barbecue Grills with different Patio sets/Sunbathing long chairs are on the 20th floor where you get to see the amazing almost 360 degree Downtown, San Diego views from up there. A designated Parking space #131 is securely located underground. Trash Chute Room is located just right around the corner of Condo or second door to your right. All amenities are included, however everything must remain in the Condo at your check out time. Anything that’s been damaged or lost for whatever reason must be your full responsibility. Summary: Our 2-month stay had its ups and downs. Our room had some issues but our hostess Arlene was amazing! She went above and beyond our expectations to solve them. She communicated everything very well. Vrbos' communication, unfortunately, was not good at all. This caused much stress during the first month of our stay. Arlene was able to help us navigate through this. My husband and I can't thank her enough for her professionalism and kindness. In addition, we'd like to thank the owner.
