This traditional 2 bedroom ground floor apartment at the popular Residential La Cinuelica, R2-Los Altos, located in front of the communal pool and garden. The apartment is a 15-20 minutes walk from the beach, 10 minutes walk to the local supermarket Consum and the bars and restaurants at Punta Prima. The town and marina of Torrevieja is a 10 minute drive away. For stays of more than 10 nights, it is considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed.
The Space:
The front garden and terrace area are tiled ideal for alfresco dining. A small galleria area is located at the rear of the property, where the washing machine can be found.
The living/dining room has a 2 sofas, TV unit with television with English and Spanish TV, wooden coffee table and dining table, four chairs and pictures. The windows look out to the front of the property. The property benefits from ceiling fans in all rooms.
