The outdoor area is shared with the neighboring house (D70076), here you can play soccer, volleyball and basketball and there is a large and exciting playground for the youngest guests.
On the comfortable sofa in the central common room you can relax in front of the TV after an eventful day. In the kitchen-living room there is also a long dining table with seating for everyone and a well-equipped kitchen.
