Lovely 4 bedroom/5beds Chandler home away from home with a backyard oasis, ready for fun and games for all ages. Enjoy a family barbecue lounging by the sparkling play pool or enjoy a game of cornhole or life sized checkers. This backyard oasis has a gas grill, patio dining, chaise loungers for sunbathers, and a deckbox full of pool toys. Take in the sunrise with a cup of coffee or the sunset with your favorite beverage. Enter to a spacious family room that flows to a fully equipped kitchen, eat-in dining area, and a flex space that is set up as an entertainment area. It is perfect for entertaining sport bar style with the large island and breakfast bar. The split floor plan has the master in back of home. This king sized room with TV and desk features a custom seamless glass shower body sprays and rain showerhead all surrounded by travertine. Soak in the garden tub and enjoy the peace of being relaxed in privacy. The other 3 bedrooms are on the North side of the home, 2 with Queen sized beds and other with twin loft bed over Full. All share an ample hall bath with double sinks.
Includes wifi, cable TV in main room and all with streaming capabilities, a complete indoor laundry room, and a 3-car garage with one parking space available. Pool is not heated.

Summary: The location of the property was awesome. So easy to get to everything. The house was comfortable and very clean. Too bad thw weather was not better so we could have enjoyed the pool.
