Positive: - great location in the city center - good bathroom with nice shower - kitchen with basic utensils and washing machine - two ACs in the room - infinity pool is super nice, although would require some better maintenance - gym is nice, just lacks some pull up and dip bars, which should be a no brainer given that there's a lot of non used space there - good Wifi, we worked remotely from there - fast communication with the host
Negative: - some things could have been explained better. In the room you have separate switches for AC, shower water heater, stove, but you don't know it is required to turn it on. There's a lot of them. So either you find it out yourself, suppose it's just broken or have to reach out to the owner, which is an additional stretch. I think at least label them and it's gonna be a lot better. - the elevators are confusing, there are two sensors that read the card and you never know which one is good or bad, because there are four elevators. It takes time to select the floor of your choice. Sometimes we'd waste two minutes or something like that just to dial it in. - you get only one card, which means that both persons can't go separate ways, because the one without the card wouldn't access the elevator - there are some ants in the bathroom and we also had a small cockroach Having said all of that, it was a really great place and I'm giving it a 9, because all of the pros overshadowed small inconveniences
