Positive: We love Lumiere Villas. Back for a second stay as its a lovely villa in a great location. The villa is equipped with everything you could need. The cleaning lady is lovely and so attentive. The villa is mostly very clean. Clean towels etc when needed. Rooms and bathrooms super comfortable. Be aware the upstairs bedroom has no door so if kitchen etc is in use it can be heard from this room. The location is fantastic. 5 mins to monolithi beach by car. 20 mins to Preveza. Affordable villa for the area. Views are unbeatable.
Negative: The swimming pool is ICE cold. Its a real shame as its such a selling point for the villa but some system of heating even to just keep it above icy temperatures would make the stay exceptional. Our little one couldn't stay in more than 5 minutes before turning blue. Loads of construction work in the area which is very noisy. The small road gets very busy with work vans and sometimes they use the parking. This has been going on for over a year as was the same during our last stay. Kanali is clearly up and coming!
