Green Bay 3 condominiums are on El Tigre Golf course, inside the resort development of El Tigre Paradise Village. It is a gated community with 24hrs security, 1 large pools, a jacuzzi and. The complex is all wheelchair accessible.
The unit is on the 2nd floor, with access to an elevator, no more than 10 steps away from the doorstep and an emergency staircase just outside. One parking space (elevator access to the condo), It is a 1 bedroom, 2 complete bathrooms, wireless service, air conditioning, living area with one 52'Smart TV screen with Netflix and Shaw TV and 1 32 "Smart TV for Netflix in the bedroom A balcony with a great BBQ to entertain friends. Has a washer / dryer. A fully equipped kitchen, dishes and utensils, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, oven, dishwasher and kitchen waste disposer. Also towels and linens as well as iron and board; the housekeeping is optional and we can arrange that as many times as you need, the fee is 300 pesos per service.
