Originally built for agricultural purposes, the beautiful finca was completely renovated at the beginning of 2019 as part of a family project and now offers a large living/dining room with a comfortable couch, industrial décor and artistic touches, a fireplace, a very well-equipped open kitchen, 4 bedrooms (one with a queen size bed, 2 with a double bed each, one with 2 single beds), 4 ultra-modern bathrooms as well as a half-bath. It can therefore accommodate 8 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a TV, a cot and a highchair.

In the large outdoor area, embedded in a 21,000 m² area of fields and grasslands, you will find a sun terrace with lounge furniture and sun recliners adjoining a pool. Let yourself be enchanted by the Mediterranean atmosphere, sunbathe on the wide lawn and breathe in the aroma of the citrus trees. You will also find a barbecue and a covered dining area where you can enjoy delicious meals in the fresh air. The historic towns of Capdepera and Artà are ideal for day trips and visits to historical sites.
