This stunning modern Mexican-style house features 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, along with a game room, gym, hot tub, pool, outdoor areas, firepit, and grill.
Perfect for large groups or couples looking to enjoy ocean views and relax with a margarita by the pool. Located in Cabo San Lucas, within the famous Pedregal development, it’s just a 5-minute drive to downtown. The house is within walking distance to tennis courts and Pedregal’s café, perfect for a healthy breakfast.
Pedregal boasts an incredible beach for photos (not swimmable), but Medano Beach, just a 5-minute drive away, offers excellent restaurants, beach clubs, hotels, and a swimmable ocean. Although we are very close to downtown, we recommend renting a car, taxi, or Uber due to the hillside location, which can make walking back to the house challenging.
