The downstairs living area/home theatre is equipped with a large plasma flat screen TV and BluRay DVD player. A further flat screen TV/DVD upstairs and i-pod dock with indoor/outdoor ceiling speaker system makes music accessible virtually anywhere in the house. Two bedrooms, one with a king size bed, the other with two single beds.
Ample outdoor entertaining on both upper and lower levels, BBQ on upper level, ensures a high level of comfort and versatility. Supplied by rain water, full double glazing throughout and solar hot water, make this an environmentally friendly holiday destination.
The Encounter bike-way marks the front of the house with direct access to Boomer beach below.
