Positive: Lovely warm and comfortable. Melanie our hostess was absolutely superb. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
Negative: Very very difficult to find. Especially in the dark. Area around a building site.Do not use Google maps to find the place or you will end up in the back of beyond. A car is a must.
