The estate sits within an 80,000 sqm park, just 6 km from Sarlat, with a 180° panoramic view.
The Space:
The property includes a 310 sqm manor with six double en-suite bedrooms and a 55 sqm guesthouse for two guests. All bedrooms are equipped with silent individual air conditioning, Hasena beds with Latoflex slats and mattresses, and hotel-quality duvets and pillows. The manor features 133 sqm of reception space, including a hall, cloakroom, billiard room, library/TV room, living room, and dining room, along with an air-conditioned open kitchen. The guesthouse includes an 18 sqm bedroom with en-suite shower room and a living area with an open kitchen. Outside, a 100 sqm terrace overlooks a French garden with a pond and three fountains. A 40 sqm pool house with a 5x15 m heated saltwater swimming pool completes the setting.
