The villa is 425 square metres, with a 12m long lap pool. The neighbourhood is a highly residential area. There is also a garage allowing space for 2 cars.
It is only situated 500 metres from a stunning beach, grocery shops, a French boulangerie, and restaurants. The villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen, such as a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, and a refrigerator with a water filter. The bedrooms are very large and spacious, two of the rooms have an en-suite bath and shower.
The living room and all of the bedrooms have air conditioning.
The villa is just a few minutes walk to the beach and is easily accessible. I could recommend you which beaches to visit.
The pool is private, so it will only be you and your family/friends using it :)
There is full privacy, even though there are neighbours around, nobody is able to see inside the villa and the pool area. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and safe.

Summary: We spent two weeks at the Villa and had an amazing time.Fantastic peaceful location with the nearest beach a 10 minute walk and Mont Choisy Beach a 5 minute drive.Very spacious and well equipped Villa with large air conditioned rooms. Beautiful pool which we throughly enjoyed.Eveline and her mother could not have been more helpful.Added bonus of being able to rent a small car from Eveline during our stay which came in very useful for trips to the nearby supermarket and shops.Nice selection of restaurants and a bakery that are walking distance from the Villa.We highly recommend this beautiful Villa!
