Summary: Fantastic spot on the beach! Elderly mother was able to walk out and watch everyone from the deck at the end of wooden walkway. Great fishing from the beach. We even saw a rocket launch one night. Few electrical outlet issues and hot tub is somewhat difficult to heat.
