Summary: Good location on a quiet residential street, 10 minute walk to nearest beach and to well maintained, popular coastal promenade. Excellent views from Balcony. Entire appartment was exceptionally clean. Kitchen somewhat older but sufficient. Sparsely furnished but comfortable. Very good communication and information exchange with Quarters Management. Refrigerator is disturbingly loud.. Relatvely long stairwell from parking to appartment, difficult for older personsthose with handicap.
