Summary: The staff are lovely, and the location is manageable if walking is your primary mode of transportation. The convenience of having a surf school in the basement is a huge plus. The only things that stood out negatively were the lack of room cleaning (they claim to change the sheets every 2-3 days, yet they never did during my week-long stay). At times it feels like they put a lot of commonly expected services behind a paywall (pay x to be able to use the gym, pay x to get fresh sheets, etc.)
