This beautiful family home is located at the foot of the Tramuntana Mountains and only 400 meters from the center of the small, friendly village of Mancor. Mancor itself offers several small shops and restaurants - for larger purchases, we recommend that you drive to the city of Inca, which is only 6 km away. Every Thursday there is a large weekly market in Inca and Inca is also known for very good leather goods and outlet shops.
This holiday home is the last in the village and is located on a quiet road that leads you straight into the mountains and valleys. This is a great place for anyone who wants to combine their vacation with sports activities like hiking, biking, jeep safaris etc.
There is a large parking lot in front of the house, where up to 3 cars can easily park. At first impression or from the entrance side, the house appears to be at ground level, but you will find that it has two floors due to the slope on the back. Next to the front door there is a bedroom on the right and left. The bedroom on the left has a glass door that leads directly outside to the dining area and grill. In the middle of the house is a large dining room from which you can get to a fully equipped kitchen, a double and a single room and also to the living room. The living room offers a beautiful view of your private pool, the garden and the surrounding landscape. A large television with satellite receiver is placed in the living room.
From the living room, go down one floor to get to the pool and garden level. A large pool with 6 sun loungers invites you to linger. Of course, there is also a dining table and another seating area for you. There is a table tennis table for the sporty among you. Next to the stairs is an utility room with a washing machine, large freezer, and another fridge to keep your drinks cool while you have a great time by the pool. The three double bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Therefore, the electricity is charged with 0,75 euros / kWh via a deposit of 300 euros (cash at arrival).
