Positive: The host Edmundo was great, very available and very kind. The house and room are on the right on the beach, you could not be closer.
Negative: The house rules are a bit more restrictive than the average international traveller would expect. Not possible to have windows open at night. Mosquito net over the bed in the way and impossible to keep in place.
