Positive: Great location, 3 mins walk from coop supermarket, 10 mins walk from First cable car station, 15 mins walk to Pfinstegg station. Brilliant facilities to cook in the apartment and space to eat. A lovely terrace out the back with a cracking view. Make sure you download the visitor's pass on your online account. You can get a 15% discount at Pfinstegg cable car and First (just on the round journey tickets, not with activity bundles). You can also get half price at the swimming pool (indoor and outdoor ones available). Sofia replied really quickly to all of my many messages! (Who knew that Switzerland had different plugs to Europe? Not me!!!! I got an adapter at the coop). The apartment has a washing machine downstairs if you need it.
Negative: A little hot in the apartment but not overly so. We hit a really hot period in Switzerland
