Good day, thank you for taking the time to assist me with this guest, please see below our restaurant and bar opening and closing times, https://www.maroela.co.za/restaurant, opening hours:, monday-thursday, 12:00-21:00 (kitchen closes 19:45), friday, 12:00-23:00 (kitchen closes 20:15), saturday, we are closed on a saturday, sunday, 12:00-15:00 (kitchen closes at 14:30), 17:30-20:30 (kitchen closes at 19:30)please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. the property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Positive: Hannette, receptionist was great in trying to find a resolution to the conflict and was the sole reason I didnt canel and give them a far worse rating...she should be commended for her efforts

Negative: They advertise that pub lunches and a bar is available...i arrived an a Saturday afternoon aroun 2.30pm???..I was on an adventure motorbike, so that was quite important for me. Being able to have a lunch and a couple of beers...only to arrive after payment to be told that these facilities are not available on Saturdays...I asked to speak to the owner manager and Hannette tried all the numbers she had and no answers...yhe owners eventually tried to call 3hrs later by which time Haneette had handled the situation. They should be accurate when describing what they offer and for when so that customer can make an informed decision
