Summary: Stayed for one night on trip to Italy. Hotel was fine but secure parking was important to me. Hotel messaged few days prior to stay to ask if parking was required, I replied stating yes please book me a space. However on arrival we were informed their secure car park was full but there was an outdoor public car park a few hundred yards away…. I feel I should have been made aware of this prior to arrival
