This location cannot be beat. Under 15 minutes from 5 spring training facilities, ASU, casinos, several downtown nightlife areas (Old Town Scottsdale, Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe). The Phoenix Open @ TPC, Barrett Jackson and Super Bowl are 30 minutes or less! Sky Harbor (PHX) is 15 and Mesa Gateway is less than 30. A great launch spot with easy access to the 101, 202, 60 and I-10. The East Valley - Mesa, Chandler, Tempe, Gilbert, Scottsdale, & Phoenix are at your doorstep. University of Phoenix stadium is 30 minutes via highway and Old Town Scottsdale 15 minutes.
