Our 6 BR, 6 BA, one story home sleeps 13 and is well appointed throughout. Gather in the fashionable living room in front of the large gas fireplace to watch TV or plan exciting adventures. The beautiful kitchen boasts high end appliances, a wine fridge, 2 dishwashers, a full coffee bar with both Keurig and drip machines, a TV, separate ice makers and a butler's pantry with 2 sinks. The wine room is stocked with fine wines. There is both table seating in the breakfast nook plus counter seating at the island. The crown jewel of dining rooms with table seating for 8 is ideal when you want to serve formal meals and impress your guests.
The game room has LED ice hockey and foosball for engaging games when you choose to be indoors. A dedicated theater seats 7 for our movie buffs. Wifi is complimentary. Highchairs and Pack N' Plays are available to rent.

The bedroom floor plan is split. Five of six bedrooms have king beds, TVs, walk-in closets and private baths. Amazing luxury!
The elegant primary suite features a king bed, TV, dual walk-in closets, a sumptuous en suite bath and French doors that allow direct access to a patio at the front of the home. The en suite bath has 3 vanity sinks, a cushioned dressing table, a Jacuzzi tub and a walk-in shower. Soothe tired muscles and relieve stress in the divine tub warmed by a charming gas fireplace. Enjoy rinsing in the walk-in snail shower after a rewarding day on the golf course or trails. The primary bath's TV prevents you from missing that important touch down or home run when you're getting ready to visit the local hot spots.
Bedrooms 2, 3, 4 and 5 have TVs, king beds, walk-in closets and private baths. Bedroom 5 has both a king and twin bed. Bedroom 6/theater has a queen bed on the lower level and is across the hall from Bathroom 6. Bathrooms 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 all have tub-shower combos. A door in Bedroom 3 opens to the front patio that is shared with the primary suite. A door in Bathroom 6 opens to the backyard and pool deck making this bathroom ideal for guests to use when they are enjoying the backyard amenities. A hair dryer and soap are supplied.
The large laundry room is stocked with a front loading washer and dryer and detergent. There is a home gym in the garage's third bay making it possible for you to stay in shape while on vacation. The gym has a variety of machines so you have choices in your workout. There are 2 garage spaces for your cars.

~ Reservation Notes ~
The minimum age to rent is 28 years.
We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.
The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.
The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.
Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 10 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of ten (10).
Daytime visitors to home may not exceed two (2) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.
Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.
To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations.
For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway.
NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free.
Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.
AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.
ALL TVs are smart TVs and not satellite or cable serviced.
The pool heat is $95 per day to heat the pool to 80º F.
Spa heating only with no pool heating is $25.00 per day, October through April.
Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
